The Customer Service Specialist will work at our Windsor, WI location. This position is responsible for engaging with our customers by phone, live chat, and email to deliver outstanding and professional support for our customers and dealers. As an initial face of the company, the candidate must possess a high acumen in communications skills. A knowledge of agriculture or any part of the agricultural industry is a plus.

The Packaging Specialist I works at our Windsor, WI locations and is responsible for blending and packaging seed orders as directed by the Production Manager. This is a labor-intensive position.

1st Shift Production Supervisor position will be the driver to installing Good Manufacturing Practices, LEAN principles, and safety in the traditional operation of the business.
