Tommy Richardson

Tommy Richardson is Deer Creek Seed’s Purchasing Director. He has been with the company since 2011 and specializes in crop production planning, purchasing, and inventory management.   His primary focus with Deer Creek Seed includes maintaining high seed quality standards, as well as production coordination.

Tommy received his B. S. degree from the University of Wisconsin - Parkside in Mathematics with a minor in Physics. His past work experience within Deer Creek Seed include production, coordinating logistics, inventory planning and managing the inventory control system. He was also involved in helping with the aspects of logistics algorism of Deer Creek Seeds current website.  

Tommy believes that Deer Creek Seed is unique because we are able to quickly and proactively find solutions to the many challenges that face the seed industry. Supported by Deer Creek Seed’s staff with the agronomic background to ask the right questions, our team knows how to choose the correct seed products for growers to be successful in their practice.

Outside of work, Tommy enjoys frisbee golfing, board/card games, and the company of his family and friends.
