Select Harvest™ Brand Chicory is a drought tolerant and mineral rich perennial taproot herb. It produces abundant high protein leafy forage throughout the summer. It is used in wildlife mixtures as a food for deer, grouse and turkeys. It is also used agriculturally for beef and sheep pastures.
